Day two runs the same shape

Six talks, one long lunch and an unconference slot from 15:00 that is genuinely unplanned. The full grid goes out to ticket holders in May.

Speakers

Six of the fourteen

Ines Bakker

Staff engineer, payments. Spent 2025 removing a feature flag system nobody could turn off.

Tomás Ferreira

Led a mainframe-to-services migration at a bank, and will show the parts that failed.

Priya Raman

Consultant. Reads other people's codebases for a living, which she insists is a skill.

Kwame Osei

Test infrastructure at a logistics company with 900 services and no service catalogue.

Lena Fischer

Wrote the strangler-fig retrospective everyone quotes and now wants to complicate it.

You, maybe

Lightning talk slots open in April. Five minutes, no slides required.
